Individuals seeking employment with Against All Odds Youth and Family Services must be able to work with youth in need of consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies is required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.
